Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made with 24 hours or less notice will incur a 100% service fee.
• Missed or forgotten appointments will also be charged 100% of the total booking price.
Failure to pay these fees will result in your future bookings being declined. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Arrival Policy
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, a $10 late fee will apply.
• After 10 minutes, an additional $1 per minute will be charged on top of the $10 base late fee.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be classified as a “No-Show”, requiring you to pay 100% of the total booking price.
We appreciate your punctuality and understanding of these policies.
Refund and Credit Policy
All appointments and payments at Enchantress Beauty, including deposits, are non-refundable.
If you no longer need your appointment and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your payment will be converted into a credit to use at Enchantress Beauty.
However, if less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will not be credited or refunded.
Client Conduct Policy
For my safety, any client who arrives at their appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be immediately turned away.
• No refund will be given.
• 100% of the service cost will be charged.
• You will be permanently banned from booking with Enchantress Beauty in the future, as this behavior is unacceptable.
Late Night & Weekend Appointment Policy
Enchantress Beauty offers late-night and weekend appointments for your convenience, with the following fees:
• Late-Night Appointments: Any appointment booked after 4:00 PM will incur an additional $10 fee.
• Weekend Appointments: All weekend appointments incur an additional $40 fee.
Please note that discounts and specials are not valid on weekends. Full price and applicable fees will apply.
Lash Extension Maintenance Policy
To keep your lash extensions looking full and beautiful, it is essential to book infills every 2-3 weeks. Please keep the following in mind:
• If you have less than 40% of your lash extensions remaining, you will be charged for a full set, even if it has been less than 3 weeks since your last appointment. This may require scheduling appointments every 2 weeks instead of 3.
• Appointments booked over 3 weeks from your last visit will automatically be charged as a full set.
• We do not infill work from other lash techs. If you have lash extensions applied by another technician, you will need to book a removal and a full set.
Lash Extension Consent and Agreement
I acknowledge that eyelash extensions carry certain risks, including but not limited to: redness, irritation, itching, swelling, and/or other symptoms of ocular distress that are beyond the control of my lash technician. I understand that these treatments may not be suitable for everyone.
If I experience any discomfort within the first 48 hours after treatment, I agree to contact Enchantress Beauty for advice. I understand and agree that Enchantress Beauty will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur, and no refunds will be issued for allergic reactions or if I require the removal of my eyelash extensions for any reason.
I understand that lash infill appointments are necessary every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look and will incur an additional fee. I agree to follow aftercare instructions, including avoiding oily products (such as moisturizers), cleansing my lashes with a foaming lash cleanser 2-4 times per week, and avoiding wetting my lashes within the first 24 hours after application.
I acknowledge that the longevity of lash extensions may be affected by factors such as poor aftercare, oily skin, excessive makeup use, picking or pulling at extensions, hormonal changes, and other lifestyle factors.
I understand that lashes grow in cycles, and I will naturally lose 3-5 natural lashes per day. By signing, I agree to follow the aftercare guidelines provided to me and accept all terms outlined in this agreement.
By booking with Enchantress Beauty, I acknowledge and consent to the service(s) I will receive. I confirm that
• I understand and agree that no refunds will be given for any service at Enchantress Beauty.
• If I am unhappy with the service, I may contact Enchantress Beauty within 48 hours to have the issue rectified free of charge. After 48 hours, any changes or corrections will incur a fee. This does not include dissatisfaction with style or length.
I understand it is my responsibility to request specific styles or lengths before my appointment. Enchantress Beauty will not be responsible for redoing a set if I fail to communicate my preferences in advance.
I acknowledge that Enchantress Beauty prioritizes the health of my natural lashes. Extensions will not be applied if they are too long or heavy for my natural lashes to safely support. I understand that extensions may be applied shorter or lighter than I may prefer to ensure the health and integrity of my natural lashes remain intact.
I consent to any photos taken during my appointment being used on Enchantress Beauty’s social media accounts, website, and advertising materials.
I agree that as a new client, I am required to pay a deposit for my first two visits. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of my appointment.
By booking with Enchantress Beauty, I confirm my understanding and agreement to these terms.
Makeup Removal Policy
Failure to remove your makeup prior to your appointment will incur a $10 makeup removal fee.
Please be advised that any appointments scheduled between the 15th and 28th of December cannot be cancelled with less than 2 weeks' notice. If you do cancel within this timeframe, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
I understand and agree that Enchantress Beauty does not send out text reminders. I acknowledge that I should receive an email reminder prior to my appointment, but ultimately, I am responsible for remembering and arriving on time for my appointment.
1. Cancellation Notice: A minimum of one week’s notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any re-occurring appointment.
2. Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made with less than one week’s notice, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee is enforced as your appointment slot is typically reserved weeks, if not months, in advance, making it difficult to offer the slot to another client on short notice.
3. Re-occurring Appointments: As these appointments are booked in advance, we ask that all clients make any changes as early as possible to avoid fees and ensure smooth scheduling for all parties.By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
1. Prepayment Requirement: Appointments booked without prepayment are subject to a cancellation fee, regardless of the amount of notice given.
2. Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is cancelled without prepayment, the cancellation fee will apply unless the appointment is rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice for the same week.
3. Rescheduling Policy: To avoid the cancellation fee, the appointment must be rescheduled for a new time within the same week, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.By booking an appointment without prepayment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Please be aware that my cats are often present in the lash room during client appointments. By booking with Enchantress Beauty, you acknowledge and accept that they may be in the room during your appointment. If this is an issue for you, please let me know before booking.
