Booking Terms

If you can no longer make your appointment and have to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. If you forget or miss your appointment you are required to pay 100% of the total booking price, Failure to pay either fee will result in your future bookings being declined.

Late Policy

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment a $10 late fee will apply, after 10 minutes there will be a $1 per minute you are late from your appointment time as well as the additional $10 base late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be classed as a "NoShow" and will be required to pay 100% of the total booking price.

Refund Policy

All appointments and payments at Enchantress Beauty are non refundable including deposits. If you are no longer needing your appointment your payment will turn into credit at Enchantress Beauty as long as more than 24 hours of notice is given otherwise, your deposit will not be credited or refunded.

Drugs & Alcohol

For my safety, any client that comes to their appointment under the influence of either drugs or alcohol will be immediately turned away from their appointment, no refund will given and 100% of their service cost will be charged and you will not be able to book with Enchantress Beauty in the future as this behavior is unacceptable.

Late Night Fee

Enchantress Beauty does offer late night appointments for an additional $10 fee, any appointment booked after 4pm is classed as late night and the $10 fee will apply. Any weekend appointments have an additional $40 fee. Discounts and specials not valid on weekends full price and fees apply.

Infills

In order for you lash extensions to stay full and looking good you must come for infills every 2-3weeks. Please note that if you have less that 40% of your lashes left you will be charged for a fullest even if you are coming within 3 weeks of your last appointment you must have 40% of your extensions this might mean coming every 2 weeks instead of 3. Any appointments booked over 3 weeks will also be charged as a full set. We do not infill other lash techs work if you have lashes from a previous lash tech still on you will need to book for a removal and fullset.

Booking Consent

I acknowledge that eyelash extensions/lash lifts carry certain risks including but not limited to: redness, irritation, itching, swelling and/or other symptoms of ocular distress that are beyond your lash technician's control. These treatments may not be suitable for everyone. If you experience any discomfort in the first 48 hours after treatment please get in touch for advice. I agree and acknowledge that Enchantress Beauty will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may happen and no refunds will be given if you have an allergic reaction or for any reason need your eyelash extensions removed.

I understand that lash infill appointments will be necessary every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look for an additional fee. I understand that I must try to keep my lashes away from oily products such as moisturisers and I must cleanse my lashes with a  foaming lash cleanser 2-4 times a week. I also understand the longevity of lash extensions can be affected in many ways including poor client care, oily skin, excessive makeup use, picking and pulling extensions, hormonal changes or wetting your extensions before the 24 hours of curing time has occurred.

I agree to follow the aftercare guidelines explained to me. I understand that lashes grow in cycles and that I will lose 3-5 natural lashes per day. I understand that lash lifts permanently curl lashes, and with the natural lash cycle, the curled lashes will fall out and be replaced with natural lashes that are not curled. I understand that a lash lift will last 3-5 weeks on average.

I acknowledge that henna brow tinting depends on each individual. I agree Enchantress Beauty is not held responsible for how little your henna may last, this is because tinting of the hair lasts 2-3 weeks whereas tinting of the skin below can last anywhere between 2-10 days. This varies for each client, avoiding steam, water, eyebrow makeup, oils and moisturisers will also factor into how long your henna brows will last. 

New Clients

By booking with Enchantress Beauty I understand and consent to the service/services I will receive at Enchantress Beauty. I have had all my questions answered and I have had the service/services explained to me. I agree and understand there will be no refunds given on any service at Enchantress Beauty. If I am unhappy with this service, I can make contact within 48 hours to rectify the issue free of charge, after this time there will be a charge this does not include being unhappy with style or length, if you are after a specific style or length please mention before your appointment as Enchantress Beauty will not be responsible for redoing your set due to failure to request specifics before appointment. We pride ourselves in healthy application to your natural lashes we will not put on extensions too long or too heavy as it may damage your natural lashes even if requested we will only go as long and as heavy as your lashes can naturally hold By booking I understand that extensions may be applied shorter or lighter than I may like but this is to keep my natural lashes healthy and undamaged. I consent to any photos taken to be used on Enchantress Beauty’s social media accounts, website and advertising.

By booking with Enchantress Beauty you agree that if you are a new client you will need to pay a deposit prior for your first 2 visits failure to do so your appointment will be canceled.
