What are eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are semi permanent fibers (fake lashes) that are attached to each of your individual natural lashes using a special cosmetic glue. A mix of different length eyelash extensions are applied to each lash to enhance length and fullness of your lashes.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
The longevity of your lash depends on numerous factors including but not limited to, poor client care, oily skin, excessive make-up use, picking and pulling your lashes, hormonal changes or, getting them wet before the 24 hours of curing has occurred. With proper care your eyelash extensions can last 4-6 weeks or to the end of your natural lash cycle. We recommend getting an eyelash Infill every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking luscious and full.
Can I wear mascara with my eyelash extensions?
There is no need to wear mascara with your eyelash extensions as the appearance of your lashes thickness and length will already be enhanced. We don't recommend putting mascara on your eyelash extensions as this can cause them to fall out a lot faster
How many Eyelash Extensions are applied per eye?
Depending on the style of Eyelash extensions you choose it varies from 1-5 synthetic lashes per 1 natural lash. On average each eye has between 80-120 natural lashes.
What is a natural lash cycle?
The natural lash cycle is the lifecycle of your natural lash at which they grow and shed. On average a person loses roughly 20% of their natural eyelashes every 2 weeks, your natural eyelashes grow and shed in a cycle which happens every 60-90 days. Depending on someone's individual lash growth cycle a person can shed between 1-5 natural lashes per day which is 35 natural lashes per week.
Will my natural lashes fall out?
You may notice your extensions falling out along with your natural lash attached, this is completely normal and natural for your lashes to shed this is all apart of your natural lash cycle.
